Refunds Policy
💰 Refund Policy – Bripure Overseas
At Bripure Overseas, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every export order. As a global exporter of agricultural and wellness products, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy in line with international trade standards.
🔄 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Product Damage or Quality Issue:

If the buyer receives damaged goods or finds a quality issue not matching agreed specifications (with proof – images, inspection report).

Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Incorrect Shipment:

If the product received is different from what was ordered, based on the PI/FCO/SPA.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):

If the buyer cancels the order before production or dispatch, a partial or full refund may be provided after deducting any processing or administrative charges.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable once the shipment is dispatched and documents are issued, unless proven to be faulty.

Perishable goods, customized packaging, and D2C personal orders are non-refundable.

No refund for delays due to port congestion, customs clearance, or logistics issues beyond our control.
