Refunds Policy

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy โ€“ Bripure Overseas

At Bripure Overseas, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every export order. As a global exporter of agricultural and wellness products, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy in line with international trade standards.


๐Ÿ”„ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Product Damage or Quality Issue:

    • If the buyer receives damaged goods or finds a quality issue not matching agreed specifications (with proof โ€“ images, inspection report).

    • Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

  2. Incorrect Shipment:

    • If the product received is different from what was ordered, based on the PI/FCO/SPA.

  3. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):

    • If the buyer cancels the order before production or dispatch, a partial or full refund may be provided after deducting any processing or administrative charges.


โŒ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not applicable once the shipment is dispatched and documents are issued, unless proven to be faulty.

  • Perishable goods, customized packaging, and D2C personal orders are non-refundable.

  • No refund for delays due to port congestion, customs clearance, or logistics issues beyond our control.


๐Ÿ’ผ Refund Process

  1. Send an email to bripureoverseas@gmail.com with:

    • Order details

    • Invoice number

    • Reason for refund request

    • Supporting evidence (photos, videos, inspection reports)

  2. Our team will verify the claim within 5โ€“7 working days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 10โ€“15 working days.
